The Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, a nationally renowned and top-tier medical institution, seeks a creative, motivated, and team-oriented individual to join its Office of Physician/Faculty Recruitment and Retention (OPFRR) as a Recruitment Coordinator (RC). This position, focusing on candidate sourcing, outreach, and immigration, is ideal for an aspiring physician recruiter passionate about healthcare staffing. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will gain hands-on experience and mentorship from a team of seasoned professionals while actively contributing to the full-cycle recruitment and retention of physician/ faculty members for Temple Health. This role is designed to develop your skills in various recruitment processes and prepare you for advanced roles in physician recruitment.

Required Education & Experience\:
A bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of related experience in HR, recruiting, higher education, marketing, advertising, sales, or healthcare is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. 

Required Skills & Abilities\:
•Strong interest in physician recruitment, immigration, and diversity initiatives, with a commitment to developing expertise in these areas.
•Skilled in time and information management, prioritizing multiple tasks, networking, relationship building, and communication.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional and engaging demeanor.
•Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
•Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, remote platforms – Zoom/Teams, and social media.
•Familiarity with immigration laws and procedures related to employment-based visas and green cards is highly desirable.
•Experience with CRM systems and dashboard management is preferred.
•Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to a dynamic work environment.
