Immunisation Specialist Partners (ISPs) engage with healthcare professionals to identify and address their immunisation needs.  ISPs use their immunisation knowledge to communicate and form partnerships to deliver targeted infield program and educational priorities.

ISP’s Contribute to the achievement of company commercial priorities through targeted infield customer activity.

ISP’s purpose is to build and develop enduring value-based trusted partnerships with Health care Professionals by supporting knowledge development in a rapidly evolving immunisation environment;

•          To engage proactively and reactively with healthcare professionals.

•          To generate actionable and valuable insights and propose solutions.

•          To create cross functional partnerships and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

•          All ISPs comply with the local and corporate compliance frameworks for external and internal interactions and complete all global/local mandatory trainings.

Main responsibilities:

Identify target immunisation partners including GPs/Nurses and pharmacists according to program priorities set by the Brand and medical teams.Co-ordinate Immunisation partner programs exchanges via effective touchpoints including remote, phone and face to face interactions.Effectively utilise program materials, clinical papers and other digital assets to promote infield learning and immunisation thought leadership.Achieve agreed levels of activity on target HCP to support effectively partnership activities.Identify and develop new immunisation Partnerships and maintain existing partnerships through contact utilising flexible forms of communication and OCE capabilities.Assist in / organise meetings and seminars to promote immunisation education, programs and updates as required by the function priorities.Maintain a high standard of product, disease state, technical, and industry knowledge through ongoing study, training and participation in all relevant product information seminars.Work in conjunction with Brand Teams and Head of Immunisation partners to ensure in-field efforts are aligned to achieve vaccine commercial objectives as defined in the Semester Incentive plan.

About you

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field e.g. Business, Commerce, Marketing, Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine.Experience in Pharma industry or related Health care position.Experience working as part of a team and accountability for individual activity KPI’s.Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.Hold a current Australian driver’s licence.Customer Channel experience in Pharmacy, GP medical Centers, Public health networks.Data analysis capabilities in Excel would be an advantage.
