Job Description:

Parsons is seeking an Immunology Staff Scientist to serve as a Lead Investigator and conduct basic and applied research on specified bacterial threats in support of the BD and infectious disease program. The successful candidate will work in BSL-3 laboratories and handle controlled substances, thus must hold and maintain BPRP and CS-PRP status.

What You'll Be Doing:

Conducting and assisting in research on bacterial threats.Performing immunological assays and analyzing immune profiles.Assisting in planning and conducting animal experiments.Preparing laboratories for safety and regulatory inspections.Providing technical support for ongoing research projects.Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Providing monthly scientific support reports.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Ph.D. with significant research experience in the fields of immunology or vaccinology.U.S. Citizen Must pass NACI background check.Must be willing to work in a BSL 3/4 laboratory.Must be eligible to enroll in the BPRP and CS-PRP programs.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Salary Range: 

$128,700.00 - $231,700.00
