We are now looking for an Impact Analyser to join our newly created RBU. In this role, you will join the Analytics & Innovation team and report to the Analytics & Innovation Director.
How you can contribute and have an impact?
Follow and measure the impact of the incubators work and ensure the sustainability aspect within the projects and activities and to record/share learnings.Impact Measurement: Develop and implement metrics and methodologies to measure the impact of incubator projects and activities.Sustainability Assurance: Ensure that all projects and activities within the incubator are designed and executed with sustainability in mind.Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess the effectiveness and sustainability of incubator initiatives.Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on the impact and sustainability of projects, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Knowledge Sharing: Record and share learnings from incubator projects with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote best practices and continuous improvement.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with project teams, mentors, and external partners to gather feedback and ensure alignment with sustainability goals.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing the impact and sustainability of incubator activities and implement necessary changes.What we look for:
Proven experience in impact measurement, sustainability management, or a related role.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability, Innovation Management, or a related field.
