The incumbent will be responsible for facilitating, planning, coordinating, and implementing learnerships, Internships and Impact Resourcing projects. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Department: Human Resources

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Have a thorough understanding of the SAQA / NQF framework (this is a great advantage)
• Have project management capabilities – scope, initiate and manage the project to execution.
• Be able to work independently.
• Have administrative competence.
• The ability to relate to stakeholders at all levels including; clients, SETAs, trainers and learners.
• Excellent Organization and coordination skills.
• Be able to solve problems.
• Have written and verbal communication skills.

YOUR PROFILE AND EXPEREINCE 1-2 years’ experience dealing with Interships/Learnerships Strong admin background – 1 – 2 years Must have Excel – Intermediate phase KEY POINTS
