About The Role:

Join a dynamic team of Professional Services individuals who help client’s gain more control over their treasury, risk & liquidity operations, and processes.  The Implementation Consultant is a key contributor on the project team during design, implementation, configuration and training of the various modules and functions within the Kyriba application.  You will focus on participating and leading blueprint sessions to discuss connectivity scope, guide customers on best practice for connectivity recommendations, liaison with banks on correct connectivity strategy and execute on project tasks related to connectivity delivery.  You will have an opportunity to take on interesting and challenging assignments and work across industries and geographies.  You will be involved in project work and grow your career through personal development via personalized training. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Obtain Kyriba Center of Excellence (COE) certification across various connectivity and functional  modules 

Work with your manager to develop a personalized training plan for growth to learn new skills & modules

Assist project lead on solution design workshops with customers 

Lead certain aspects of bank connectivity calls and discussions with customers and banks

Contribute to the solution design document (Blueprint)

Testing responsibilities for connections as well as support and training of client on such processes

Manage FTP set-up, encryption, and implementation 

Implementation of Kyriba API solution - Bank API, Kyriba platform API and API for ERPs

Liaison between bank and client managing bank reporting and payment implementation

Understand different bank reporting protocols such as SFTP, SWIFT, EBICS, API etc. 

Understand different bank reporting statement formats such as BAI, MT, CAMT

Payment testing and knowledge of payment formats and preprocessors

Lead specific workshops under guidance of team lead

Apply Kyriba Implementation Methodology and Project Management best practices to all client implementations

Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed based on project plans and progress is tracked in project management software

Ensure timesheets are entered accurately and on-time

Maintain a billable utilization rate of 80%

 

Education, Experience and Skills:

2 – 4+ years’ experience preferred in IT, treasury management system implementations, professional services or other relevant experience

Bilingual - Spanish/English verbal and written communication require

Knowledge in the following functions is a plus: Bank Connectivity, SFTP, SWIFT, API, SSO, AI

Baccalaureate or Graduate degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant work experience

Previous experience with implementing TMS, FinTech, Banking Platforms, SaaS, ERP or Financial Systems is a plus

Previous experience with FTP, SQL, Python, Business Intelligence is a plus

Excellent problem-solving skills and enjoys coming up with innovate solutions

Critical thinking and out-of-the box solution approach

Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
