As the Implementation Coordinator, you will lead future client implementation onboarding, change of ownership projects, as well as pharmacy and facility move projects. The candidate will create and oversee project timelines to ensure deliverables are met.
This is a remote position. Applicants can live anywhere within the Continental USA. There is the potential of 10% travel.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am Eastern - 5pm Eastern

Responsibilities Responsible for all activities related to future customer implementation projects, change of ownership projects, as well as pharmacy and facility move projectsCoordinates additional products or services to existing customers relevant to the customer transition processUse discretion and judgment to communicate service component needs with each service area involved in the implementation; external customer, Customer Field Service, IV, Clinical Consulting, Clinical HUB and any other services as requested to ensure timely notification and set upCreates and coordinates implementation timelines and agendasResponsible for organizing/storing all documentation for customer implementation on Share Point SiteCreates customer specific documentation per department standards Maintains complete and accurate records for all projects assigned per department standards Schedules and host internal/external project calls; which requires active listening and on the spot problem solving to analyze, interpret or make deductions from varying facts or circumstancesPerforms pre and post implementation assessment, document and provide feedback which drives process improvementsInvestigates, escalate, and resolve matters related to project quality assuranceProvides metrics of all activities involved in the assigned projectUses advanced knowledge of pharmacy standards to proactively identify any roadblocks for deliverablesPerforms all other related duties as requiredConducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
