About the Role

Planful is looking for an individual with a strong passion to work with Planful customers and help them during the implementation.  Reporting to the Regional Services Leader, you will work on implementation projects, working closely with customers. The successful candidate must work well in a team environment while being a resourceful, independent self-starter able to work effectively with minimal direction. You will take ownership of the application configuration, testing, knowledge transfer and rollout activities. Candidate must have the ability to travel at least 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

Implement Planful's Financial Performance Management (FPM) Suite Advise and translate existing client FPM business process to Planful software solution and provide best practices Adhere to and help develop the Services methodology Lead customer and partner knowledge transfer and training sessions Drive project and Services team metrics and margins Support sales team with scoping and POCs

Skills and Minimum Experience

Prior consulting experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or the equivalent of 2 years of Accounting/Finance experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Command a strong presence Be consultative Proven ability to ramp on new products in a start-up environment Ability to adapt to diverse project teams Ability to interact with senior level executives and sales executives Must be able to deliver “consultative no” discussion Experience at a software company or Big 4/large GSI is a plus
