Autodesk Construction Cloud – Consultant
 

Position Overview
 

As an Implementation Consultant, your deep software/product expertise will help customers maximize the value of their Autodesk AEC products, turning innovative solutions into real-world practices. You will analyze current workflows and processes within the context of the customer’s business and project objectives. Collaborating with key business unit stakeholders and project teams, you will define new workflows, configure software, train users, and mentor project teams to ensure successful implementations. Through documentation and a “train-the-trainer” approach, you will enable customers to scale solutions across their organization, driving meaningful business outcomes. You will also provide product feedback to Autodesk’s product teams, keeping up with product development roadmaps.
 

Responsibilities

Analyze existing workflows and processesProvide hands-on experience in projects involving Electronic Document Management SystemsApply expertise in Autodesk products such as BIM 360, ACC, Construction Management, ISO19650Define processes, plan, and implement new technologies and workflowsOffer coaching and change management to customers and partnersProvide innovative solutions to meet customer and industry challenges using Autodesk productsLead consulting engagements for implementation with customersApply Autodesk products to meet industry-specific requirements and workflowsGuide customers in the best practices for Autodesk product usage; define and document detailed use casesConfigure solutions based on product capabilities and customer needsDefine migration strategies for customer data and standards into Autodesk productsCollaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issuesProvide feedback to service line management and product development based on client experiences to drive product and process improvementsMentor customers to encourage adoption and consumption of solutionsMentor partners to enable scalable delivery of service packagesProvide input for sales and proposal presentations, identifying additional product/services opportunities within customer organizationsContribute to task estimation and scope clarification in Scopes of Work with customersWillingness to travel up to 50%.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineeringKnowledge of Autodesk products such as BIM 360/ACC Build, Design Collaboration, Model Coordination, etcHands-on experience with construction project managementIndustry experience in Infrastructure, Building, or ConstructionMinimum 8 years of relevant experience (10 years preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ACC, BIM 360, BuildingConnected, or other products within Autodesk’s portfolioConstruction industry experience with general contractors or subcontractor projects, including on-site processesExperience in consulting, client solutions, services, or similar fieldsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. An advanced degree (MS, Ph.D.) is a plus
