Location: For external candidates, the expectation will be to work in-office five days per week for the first 18 months of employment with the chance to go to 3 days in-office depending on performance. For existing Paylocity employees, option to work hybrid/remote if tenure at Paylocity is 18 months or greater. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Benefits Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our clients during the implementation of Paylocity’s Benefits and ACA modules. Your knowledge of ACA/benefits processes and your proficiency in the system within implementation will play a crucial role in ensuring successful project outcomes. As a Benefits Implementation Consultant II, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse clients and play a critical role in optimizing their benefits processes. Responsibilities: + 100% responsibility for a seamless onboarding experience for clients with simple to complex setups + Provide industry leading customer service to our clients + Must be consultative and able to project manage multiple clients in different phases to promote an integrated Implementation. + Conduct discovery call to verify client expectations of setup, to include a client implementation timeline for ACA/Benefits. + Consistent follow up with client to ensure expectations are aligned, i.e. weekly touchpoint meetings to include answering questions, collecting data for configuration, confirming critical company related information and partnering with subject matter experts for higher complex products. + Perform quality assurance checks to ensure set up is accurate to client configuration + High customer service orientation with the ability to develop strong internal relationships. + Must be able to effectively solve problems utilizing key resources, creativity and partnerships. + Some travel up to 5% required Required: + High School Diploma or Equivalent + 2+ years of Customer Service or Customer interfacing role + 1+ years’ experience in HCM consultation or benefits / payroll / HR + Strong proficiency with MS office, especially Microsoft Excel + Strong organizational and presentation skills Preferred Skills: + Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred + 1+ years' HCM/Payroll Implementation Consultant experience within the Benefits space + Ability to identify and evaluate resources and plan for their utilization + Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, dependability, and follow-through + Project management training and/or experience + Solid time management skills Paylocity is an equal-opportunity employer.
