RESPONSIBILITIES:The Implementation Manager coordinates customer onboarding and product implementation.
Project management, product needs analysis, status tracking and management reporting.
Provide support to our sales partners such as Request for Proposals review and generation, demonstrations, product needs analysis, and solution identification
Manage client relationships during implementation
Obtain critical information from all sources to support the client implementation
Manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis
Conduct product needs analysis for clients, identify the best product solution
Identify needs gaps and propose solutions
Address client issues that arise during the implementation
Provide status tracking on implementations, communicate information to leadership
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: (Required)
Bachelor's Degree in a related field; OR HS/GED and 4 years relevant experience
MS Office and PC-based tools
Technical aptitude to learn and use software programs
Ability to quickly understand the Deluxe Merchant Services suite of electronic payment products
Must be 18 years of age or older
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Desired but not required)
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent verbal & written communication
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Skilled in engaging potential customers in professional dialogue
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationship
