The candidate will join to one of the biggest projects we are in charge right now, MarOrange swap project. The Implementation Management is data and value driven to effectively manage all implementation services.

 

 

What you will do!

 

Define scope and workforce plan and manages performance to ensure 1st time right.

Manage the financial performance for roll-out phase in accordance with budget to support financial performance of project.

Drive Change Management versus KPI's and improvement possibilities through continuous measurements.

Ensure ethical and sustainable delivery manages adherence to processes, regulations and tools, and takes corrective action when needed (applicable to suppliers, customer and Ericsson resources).

Implement Change initiatives to secure value.

Communicate with Customers and Suppliers to secure information flow.

Ensure that the work is executed in accordance with customer requirements and Ericsson's directives and standards.

Take corrective actions when there is non-compliance with customer.

Manage and mentor the allocated team and associated requirements.

 

Main activities:

Time and resource planning, takes action to secure effective implementation.Reporting.ASP management.Supports Commercial engagements.Responsible for compliance to group directives.Global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), Data security & privacy.Relevant approved E/// processes & tools.

Experience of swap projects where you successfully access and utilize information and insights to make informed and ethical decisions. Responsible for managing the implementation activities of a defined solution in a project and coordinating third party, customer, and company on site activities towards the goal of acceptance based on compliance to relevant regulations and laws with an ethical guiding principle. A strong technical background in telecommunications technologies, planning tools, and systems with a continuous learning attitude to stay current and adaptable with all technological.
