As Implementation Manager, this candidate will manage future client implementations, support, and process optimization. The candidate will create and oversee client implementation timelines to ensure deliverables are met. Consistent communication and reporting, on all project(s), with both internal and external teams. The candidate will be highly organized, forward thinking, solid pharmacy operations/systems experience and a confident communicator. As the ideal candidate, you are energized by creating an environment for your team members to lead multiple successful projects at a fast pace.
This is a remote opportunity and applicants can reside in any State within the Continental USA however, you must be able to support the Eastern time zone
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm eastern time zone

Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing activities related to customer implementations and interdepartmental process optimizationCoordinates implementation timelines, tasks, and onboarding efforts with both internal/external/client teamsPerforms pre and post implementation assessment, document and provide feedback which drives process improvementsAssists Implementations Director in the development, overseeing and facilitation of training programs Investigates and resolves matters related to quality assurance, process change requests and coordinate with business partners as needed Qualifications Three or more years of Skilled or Senior Living inpatient experience or other relevant pharmacy experienceLong Term Care pharmacy experience as a pharmacy tech or other related role preferredIn-depth knowledge of core pharmacy operationsPrevious process improvement and project management experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfort building strong interpersonal relationships with cross functional stakeholders About our Line of Business PharMerica is a full-service pharmacy solution providing value beyond medication.
