Logistics Project Consultant
C.H. Robinson is looking for a **Logistics Implementation Project Consultant** to execute implementation projects in the supply chain industry, focusing on 4PL Managed Supply Chain solutions and integrating TMS software with customer ERP systems. In this role, you'll collaborate with a project manager to run technical integrations and software system setups for onboarding new business and supporting customer projects. Apply today and join our team! **RESPONSIBILITIES** The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: + Execute C.H. Robinson Managed Solutions™ Process Transformation Methodology, including documenting expectations, analyzing current processes, and designing Future State solutions. + Document customer business requirements and translate them into both operational processes and internal & external technical specifications. + Act as the technical liaison between customer teams and internal development resources. + Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment with stakeholders. + Develop and execute testing plans, SOPs, and training materials, and conduct customer training. + Coordinate project notes and update project plan progress, proactively informing stakeholders. + Identify system gaps and recommend necessary enhancements. + Manage project request tickets and provide go-live support to account teams. + Support Business Development and ensure compliance with SOC processes. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Required:** + **3+ years of technical project experience** , balancing multiple projects simultaneously. + Prior **experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and/or Transportation,** with an understanding of industry processes and key stakeholders (e.g., transport providers, warehouses, suppliers, and customer stakeholders). + Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Basic facilitation skills including but not limited to relationship management, presentation, discussion, documentation, and accountability. + Ability to maintain a meticulous focus on details while also understanding and strategizing for the broader goals and vision of a project. **Preferred:** + Previous experience with TMS software and understanding of the use of EDI & API. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. + Previous process mapping experience in tools like Lucidchart or Visio. + Proven ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks and work independently. + Experience collaborating effectively with internal and external subject matter experts at all levels. + Ability to organize, design, develop, and deliver projects for diverse audiences in a dynamic, fast-paced, and continuous improvement environment with competing deadlines. + Flexibility to work some weekends or late hours as needed. + Proficiency in English. **WHAT WE OFFER** + Real opportunities to grow your talent in a fast-moving, global organization + A fun, open, and inclusive workplace that encourages innovative thinking + Possibility to develop your language skills in our multilingual offices + Opportunities for professional growth with access to training platforms + Comprehensive benefits: competitive salary and performance-based bonuses, travel allowance, life insurance, healthcare plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) after one year of employment Questioning if you meet the mark?
