We are seeking a talented individual to join our Darwin Implementation team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

Delivering on complex client enterprise projects for a wide range of global clients.Consulting with Clients to gather benefit and system requirements for documentation.Managing project plans and risk & issues logs in line with methodology, manage scope and Change Control.Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders the project status, delivery dates and project risks in a professional manner.Delegate tasks and hold team members accountable for their work assignments.Preparing system functional specificationsManaging testing of new and existing functionality to defined specifications/requirements and supporting clients in this activity.

What you need to have: 

BS/BA in related areas.Proven work experience (2 years) in Consulting, Project management, or in a comparable position, with demonstrated leadership and influencing skills.Experience implementing an Enterprise software product.Be passionate about technology and how it can influence the lives of both our clients and their employees.Be articulate, as strong written, verbal and presentation skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients at all levels both in English and Spanish is vital.Have a strong can-do attitude and be very goal-focused.Excellent organizational, and time management skills to handle multiple projects and tasks.Excellent analytical skills.Detail oriented to ensure accuracy and results focused.Strong consultancy skills.
