A professional in this role will implement high quality Taboola Products at the Publisher website which can be of any platform like Javascript, ReactJS, API based etc. These requests will be received in the form of cases raised by business teams. This position requires an ability to understand the request received in a case, closely align with an AM/Seller to execute the implementation in the given SLA ensuring to meet the technical and operational standards set in the process. This also requires collaboration with people with varied experiences within the team and help them to resolve an issue whenever needed.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to combine the need to meet and exceed customer expectations while operating within stated project parameters. You will precisely own and define how the SMB Delivery group should prepare themselves to be future ready in terms of product/technology to support the growth of Taboola’s SMB book of business. If you are a strong and hands-on technical engineer who is comfortable in implementing changes to existing websites with a strong client service attitude, you should take a look at this job.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Deliver high quality implementations for the given region while understanding the customer’s requirement and meeting the SLA’s Meeting individual KPI targets – CSAT, TTD & case closure target and maintaining Quality score as per defined target Investigate Fraud Cases and aim for faster resolution and detection Run basic bulks through SQL queries  Timely and proactive response to incoming customer support inquiries via email and support ticketing system. Seamless coordination within the team & with external stake-holders(AMs/Sales etc.) Timely and proactive response to incoming customer inquiries via email, chat and ticketing system Exhibit strong work Ethic Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate issues internally as needed Get trained to handle all types of cases independently Identify challenges and opportunities to improve operational efficiency Continuously enhance your knowledge and proficiency by doing Product Trainings.Stay updated with latest product features, enhancements

Requirements:

1+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company 1+ years of hands on experience on HTML, CSS, JS, ReactJS and python Experience with Database –  MySQL, Oracle Good communication skills verbal and written and extensive experience working with clients and partners. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Experience of working in a rapid global business growth environment will be a huge plus
