Implementation Specialist

We’re looking for junior project managers or veterinary professionals looking for a new careers in a meaningful industry to join IDEXX as an Implementation Specialist!  

We’re looking for passionate problem solvers to support the implementation of our ezyVet Practise Management software to our new customers. Our Implementation function is a key area of our business, they manage and facilitate the onboarding of our new customers (veteribary clinics) to our software. You'll be tasked with relationship building, problem solving and configuration of ezyVet sites for new clients, training the new users on the software and get the clinic up and running smoothly. It's a varied role which will both challenge and grow you!  

This role is hybrid, 3 days onsite in our Frisco office, and 2 days remote.  

But what is ezyVet you ask? ezyVet is a cloud based Veterinary Practice Management Software. We provide easy to use Software that helps veterinary practices save time, increase revenue, communicate better with clients and reduce workload stress. We are a premium software product and a part IDEXX’s Veterinary offerings. Pets and tech, it’s a winning combo!

A bit more about the role, you will: 

Training veterinary professionals on how to use ezyVet, specific to their role in the clinic.  

Project manage implementations, ensuring each clinic/practice/hospital is confidently utilizing ezyVet and the software configuration is fit for purpose. 

Problem solve, understand the clinics needs and workflows to configure the software appropriately  

Change management with the clinic  

Build and deliver webinar based training and configuration curriculum.   

Manage an assortment of projects all at different stages  

Collaborate with internal teams to help craft the software, prioritize feature and fix releases, streamline processes and generally build amazing outcomes. 

What you will need to succeed: 

Hardworking. Are you results orientated and do what it takes to get the job done? We're all about getting the win for the team and our customers. 

Experience working in a busy environment with strong time and time & project management skills. 

Experience with project management ideal!  

Confidence to articulate complex subject matter to a range of audiences. 

Excellent attitude, a sense of humor and coolness under pressure. 

Strong attention to detail. 

Experience in the veterinary industry a bonus!
