Implementation Specialist III

Description

RESPONSIBILIITIES:

Join a customer centric culture that works closely with the most important commercial clients in the bank, including on-boarding deposit account opening and completion of all tasks related to AML/KYC compliance.  Provide a superior level of customer service during critical points in the customer relationship, including all deposit account maintenance. 

Your portfolio will include clients with routine to complex account structures and affiliated relationships. To be successful, you must maintain a strong client service focus to understand the nature and structure of our client companies and all affiliated entities.

Manage a dedicated portfolio that requires daily interaction with commercial customersLiaise with Clients, Front Office (Sales/Relationship Managers), Portfolio Managers, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Audit, and other teams as necessary as part of the on-boarding, account maintenance and the AML/KYC processComplete AML/KYC on boarding for new and existing customer by reviewing client documentation, internal & vendor applications, and data entered in proprietary system(s).Perform data quality review of AML/KYC for completeness, including ensuring all appropriate information is contained in the proprietary system(s) to meet all regulatory, legal, bank and audit requirementsApply and enforce risk mitigation controlsEscalate any exceptions to leadership and other concerned partiesOther project work assigned within the scope of Commercial Deposit Services

The successful individual will be able to efficiently manage multiple demands and competing priorities while meeting deadlines associated with maintaining compliance with policies and procedures and keeping a relentless focus on customer experience and timely resolution of any issues that arise.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of work experience with an operations or customer service teamAssociate Degree or beyondStrong customer service skillsGeneral knowledge of commercial products and documentationProfessional verbal and written communications skillsExcellent organizational skillsProficient with Microsoft OfficeStrong ability to multitask Effective analytical skillsCapability to work independentlyStrong investigative and research skillsAbility to prioritize a complex work loadDemonstrate knowledge of risk management principles and controls

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40Work Schedule:  8:00AM - 5:00PM  Monday - Friday / 3 days in office required
