Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the management and maintenance of essential logistics records, ensuring timely customs clearance and resolving any issues that arise.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements to provide top-notch service, including invoicing and cost accruals.
Review, update, and maintain customer files with precision and care to ensure accuracy.
Support internal customer performance metrics by delivering reliable data and insights to help drive decision-making.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to meet and exceed expectations.
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
3+ years of experience in Import/Export or Logistics (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
A keen eye for detail with excellent problem-solving skills to overcome challenges efficiently.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines while managing competing responsibilities.
