Job DescriptionCintas is seeking an Import/Export Specialist. Responsibilities include coordinating the movement of shipments to and from vendors by providing accurate documentation in compliance with U.S. Customs requirements; communicating with vendors, freight forwarders, customs brokers and transportation carriers to ensure efficient movement of goods across borders; applying knowledge of Schedule B classifications and trade agreements, monitoring, tracing and confirming the status/arrival of air, ground and ocean shipments; preparing commercial invoices and facilitating customs clearance by reviewing and correcting shipper commercial invoices.
Skills/QualificationsRequired
High School Diploma/GED; Associates' or Bachelor's Degree preferred 1+ years' international shipping experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet
Preferred
Ability to commuicate effectively verbally and in writing in Spanish
