Our client, a leader in the Oil and Gas industry is seeking an Imports/Exports Compliance Specialist to join their team. As an Imports/Exports Compliance Specialist, you will be part of the Global Trade department supporting various teams. **Job Title:** Imports/Exports Compliance Specialist **Location:** Spring, TX **Contract** : 12 months to start **Schedule** : M-F 8-4, 100% onsite **Pay Range: Up to** $53/hr W2 **What's the Job?** + Liaise with Customs/Excise officers and other third parties, verifying related compliance documents for endorsement. + Support Trade Compliance team ensuring all related documents associate with Imports/Exports of good meet regulatory requirements + Monitor Government Compliance regulations + Evaluate program risk evaluating global securities and supply chain + Monitoring, evaluating and flagging products subject to CWC + Actualize voyages and initiate freight payment/billing by completing voyages online. **What's Needed?** + Bachelors in related field + Proven experience with at least 3-5 years experience supporting Imports/Exports, trade compliance and supply chain. + Strong communication skills, as this position will be the contact point for government officers. + Familiarity with trade regulations, and regulatory agencies such as EPA, FDA, TSCA, CWC ect **What's in it for you?** + Potential for career advancement within the organization. + Weekly Direct Deposit + Opportunity to work with Global teams + Medical, Dental, 401K options If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
