About this opportunity:
Ericsson is seeking to hire a diligent and innovative Compliance and Improvement Manager to join our Strategy and Transformation team. This role will play a dual role in ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards while also driving continuous improvement initiatives within our supply chain operations. This role requires a strong understanding of compliance requirements, process improvement techniques, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational performance. As part of a global telecom company, this position is key to managing risks, ensuring quality, and building efficiency throughout the supply chain.
What you will do:
Compliance Management: Develop and maintain compliance frameworks for supply chain activities to ensure alignment with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices. Conduct regular audits, monitor adherence, and implement corrective actions as needed. Establish business continuity plans. Perform risk analysis. Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline supply chain processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance productivity by applying methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to support operational excellence.Risk Mitigation and Quality Assurance: Identify potential compliance risks and implement risk management strategies to minimize impacts. Develop action plans and quality assurance measures to maintain high standards across all supply chain functions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, logistics, and other internal teams, as well as external partners, to align on compliance goals and implement improvement projects. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance awareness within the supply chain organization.
The skills you bring:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field; certification in Lean Six Sigma, compliance, or project management preferred.Experience: 5+ years of experience in compliance and process improvement, ideally in telecom or a related technology sector.Skills: Strong knowledge of compliance standards, root cause analysis, risk management, and process optimization tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI). Proven project management abilities and strong analytical skills.Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead change.
