At IBM, you will use the latest software development tools, techniques and approaches and work with leading minds in the industry to build solutions you can be proud of **Required technical and professional expertise** * 9 - 12 years of software development experience * 5+ years of experience in leading product development teams on AI applications written in Python, Ansible (Knowing GO Lang is a plus) * 3 + years of experience in translating requirement & High level Design to Low Level Design docs and work items (stories). * Hands on experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and NLP libraries like SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face Transformers. * Solid understanding of ML algorithms such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning. * Proficiency in NLP techniques for understanding and processing code, documentation, and user input. * Skills in data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis to build and train AI models. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Knowledge about z/OS and development and testing on z/OS environment * Knowledge about Transaction Managers and Database Management * Thorough understanding of source control management tools (GitHub) and Agile Life Cycle Management
