**Job Description**
Join our global IMS team as an IMS Manager and play a crucial role in our unique LEGO®Model Production (LMP) in Kladno and Jiaxing, where impressive LEGObuildsand statues come to life!
**Core Responsibilities**
In this role you will manage,controland implement the Integrated Management System (IMS)inour site in Kladno Model Production, in line with ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and if applicable other standards (e.gother ISO standards, FSC, etc.)
**More over** **, you will:**
+ Plan,coordinateand successfully implement internal and external audit plans tomaintaincertificates and ensure corrective actions are taken
+ EnsureNon-conformitiesare addressed effectively
+ Report to global IMS director and local top management team the performance of IMS goals and support local LT on IMS tasks (e.g.Local Management Review, process reviews, document management, etc.)
+ Develop and deliver IMS-related training programs
+ Roll out and lead IMS-related communities (e.g., IMS Ambassadors)
+ Define, plan, and implement global strategic improvement projects related to IMS
+ Be accountable for IMS in our LMP in Jiaxing, China (shared responsibility)
This role is located in our Kladno manufacturing site and there is no relocation support for this position.

The IMS department supports our company by working as part of a global team of dedicated IMS Managers, driving improvements across the organization. Positioned within the Global Corporate Quality and EHS department, the IMS team specializes in ISO standards, management systems, continuous improvement, and business process & document management. Our primary goal is to ensure that relevant standards (such as ISO, FSC, RBP, etc.) and requirements are effectively integrated into the company’s processes and frameworks.Additionally, the department facilitates the efficient handling of non-conformities and the promotion of high-quality standards, contributing to the overall quality and compliance of the organization.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Lead auditor certification (ISO 9001 as minimum, ISO 45001 would be an advantage)
+ Solid understanding and experience with ISO standards and Business Process Management
+ Strong communicationand collaboration skills, able to engage with external and internal partners across all organizational levels, including senior leadership
+ Proven project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
+ Analytical approach with the ability toidentifyrisks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
+ Experience in preparing and driving management reviews isadvantageous
+ Fluency in both English as well as Czech
+ Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with tools like SAPSignaviois a plus
+ Able to thrive in a dynamic environment,demonstratingempathy, resilience, and adaptability
