The Business Continuity Management (BCM) Product Support (FTE) role is a critical position within the Enterprise Service Platform Program, focusing on the ServiceNow platform. This role is essential for managing and enhancing the ServiceNow platforms and products for the PwC network of firms

Responsibilities:
Provide L1/L2 end-user support for the ServiceNow BCM service offerings.Drive the timely support of BCM service offerings in the new Service Hub.Manage and enhance the ServiceNow platforms and products.Mandatory skill sets:
Experience with ServiceNow platform.Strong understanding of Business Continuity Management, Resiliency, and Disaster Recovery.Preferred skill sets:
Experience in IT Service Continuity Management (SCM).Familiarity with Enterprise Service Platform Program.ServiceNow BCM module.Years of experience required:
3 to 7 years
Education qualification:
B.E, M.C.A, Engineering
