*Responsibilities: 

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of the Order to Cash (O2C) process to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring and supporting Oracle Supply Chain Management modules, particularly in the O2C domain, and will play a key role in the functional implementation and support of Oracle ERP solutions.

*Mandatory skill sets

   O2C Process Expertise:
Provide expert guidance and solutions for the Order to Cash (O2C) process, which includes Order Management, Shipping, Invoicing, and Receivables modules within Oracle SCM.

  Configuration & Implementation:
Configure and implement Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules such as Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Shipping (WSH), Accounts Receivable (AR), and others that integrate with O2C.

  Requirements Gathering:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements for the O2C process and translate those into functional specifications. Ensure that the Oracle solution meets the business needs and follows industry best practices.

  Functional Support & Issue Resolution:
Provide ongoing support for Oracle SCM O2C modules, troubleshoot functional issues, and work with technical teams to resolve them efficiently.

  Integration Support:
Assist with integrations between Oracle SCM modules and other third-party applications or custom solutions.

  Training & Documentation:
Prepare functional documentation (e.g., user manuals, training materials, configuration guides) and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.

  Testing & Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough functional testing, including UAT, to ensure the O2C processes are functioning correctly. Identify gaps and resolve issues during the testing phase.

  Upgrades and Enhancements:
Assist with upgrades and system enhancements by analyzing new features and determining their relevance to the business. Support the testing and deployment of these changes.

*Preferred skill sets:      Proficiency in Oracle SCM functional modules and understanding of the underlying architecture.

  Strong knowledge of O2C process flows, business processes, and best practices.

  Familiarity with Oracle SQL and reporting tools (Oracle Reports, BI Publisher) is a plus.
