*Responsibilities: 
Specific requirements include but are not limited to:
 Assist the practice grow in the focus area of BPM and process mining and create solutions tailored to
these clients.
 Focus on key accounts and help in RFP support
 Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Executive Directors
and Partners
 Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
 Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
 Train, coach, and supervise staff
 Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand


*Mandatory skill sets 
 Experience in Business Process Management and process mining
 Process mining data modelling experience
 Strong understanding of business processes
 Strong experience with tools such as Signavio, Aris, Celonis
 Experience in Stakeholder management, project management and pursuits.
 Must be an effective communicator, who has a proven record of providing consulting experiences to
global clients
 Should have the ability to design business process documents


*Preferred skill sets 
 Prior Consulting experience is preferred 
 10 years + years of professional experience within Consulting or Financial Services


*Year of experience required 
 10+ years of experience in analysis, design, development of software systems in Java


*Educational Qualification  
• B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA/MCA
