In-Home Scheduling Supervisor

The WesleyLife At Home In-Home Services team provides support to older adults who want to remain living independently wherever they call home. The Scheduling Supervisor leads a team of Home Care Aides and assigns client visits. This position works at our Urbandale office Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. but may cover client visits outside that schedule.

A Typical Day for a Scheduling Supervisor with WesleyLife at Home/In-Home Services: 

Answers calls and answers questions from clients, potential clients, and team members. Enters and maintains information in various software systems. Makes work assignments according to team member availability and other factors. Communicates assignments to team members, clients, and others. Verifies accuracy of weekly schedules and documentation and addresses variations. Ensures new Home Care Aides are onboarded and trained appropriately. Compiles and submits documentation for payroll processing, end-of-month billings, and other required data. Supervises and leads a team of home care aides, including recommendations on hiring/selection, performance management, corrective actions, and other supervisory responsibilities. As requested, rotates with other team members to assume backup responsibility for emergency calls during hours when the office is closed (evenings, weekends, and holidays). Routinely travels in all weather conditions and to all areas of the department service area to perform client visits.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $18.13 - $22.84 / hour. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience. Daily Pay: Use this app to access your wages on demand.

Mileage reimbursement at 58.5 cents per mile
