Salary: $20.00/ hour
As an In-Home Support Staff you will work with both Vinfen and the family / guardian of person's served to provide high quality case management services.In your role you will provide training to persons served as determined by family/guardian and person served on community integration initatives including fire and safety regulations, shopping, money management, cooking, meal planning, household chores, ADLs, self-medication and other areas. You will be a responisble for monitoring person's served's proficiency in these skills and performing hands-on tasks in the program as required, in order to facilitate implementation of support plans. This position will need to provide coverage for the program as agreed upon with family; including overnights, days,evenings, weekends, and holidays.
