This role is situated within the industry and requires specific skills such as proficiency with 3M, Adobe Acrobat, ACRIS, HRMS, and legal software, as well as expertise in auditing, claim administration, documentation, drafting contracts, law regulation, and vendor contracts. Responsibilities • Coordinating with external legal counsel to ensure the company's interests are represented and protected • Mitigating risks by working directly with customers and clients • Managing vendor contracts, ensuring they meet the company's requirements and are legally sound • Utilizing legal software for efficient and accurate management of legal documents and processes • Administering claims effectively, ensuring all legal and company policies are adhered to • Drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts as per company needs and legal requirements • Creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date legal documentation • Ensuring vendor contracts align with the company's strategic objectives and legal guidelines. Requirements • Experience with legal software is mandatory. • A strong background in auditing is desired. • Expertise in claim administration is crucial. • The ability to handle documentation professionally is necessary. • Significant experience in drafting contracts is required. • An in-depth understanding of law regulation is essential. • Experience in managing vendor contracts is preferred.
