Job Title: In-House CRA Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced In-House Clinical Research Associate (CRA) with a strong understanding of clinical trial processes, from start-up through close-out. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field and have a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a CRA, preferably within the rare disease sector. Responsibilities + Support the Clinical Operations (ClinOps) team, including Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs) and Regional Clinical Leads (RCLs). + Assist with various organizational tasks typically handled by regional site managers. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Data Management (DM) and Clinical Supply. + Fill in gaps and provide support in areas that the CTM cannot address. Essential Skills + Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a CRA. + Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, from start-up through close-out. + Knowledge of GxP, ICH E6 (R2), and FDA/EMA regulations. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field. + Experience with complex trials, such as oncology. + Experience with rare diseases is a bonus. + Pharma experience is a plus but not required. This role involves significantly less travel than a traditional CRA position and does not require site monitoring. Additional Details + 100% Remote (ideally east coast based) + 12-month contract-to-hire + Pay range (based upon relevant experience): $110k-$130k annually Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
