We are seeking an In-House Funds/Asset Management Attorney to join a growing legal team at a well-established asset management firm. This is a newly created role, designed to support the General Counsel and play a key part in succession planning.

About the Role:

As part of a small, collaborative legal team, this attorney will provide legal and compliance support across a range of areas, including:
✔ Fund compliance - RIA compliance, ADV filings, and fund-related regulatory matters
✔ Registered & private funds - Legal support for investment vehicles across asset management and wealth management
✔ General legal advisory - Working on a broad range of legal matters affecting the firm

This position offers the opportunity to grow within the organization while maintaining a strong work-life balance-with a 4-day in-office schedule in a downtown location.

Who Should Apply?

We're looking for an attorney with experience in funds and asset management-particularly with a background in RIA compliance and fund-related regulations. Ideal candidates will have 2-8 years of relevant experience, whether from a law firm, in-house role, or regulatory body.

Compensation & Growth:

Salary: $120K-$160K to start, with significant long-term growth potential
Location: Downtown office, 4 days per week in-office
