IH Marketing Specialist

As an In-House Marketing Specialist, you will pre-qualify and schedule prospective guests and/or current owners within our resorts to meet with a sales representative for a vacation ownership presentation.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador. Act as a concierge and provide local information to enhance the customer’s experience. Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in. Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour. Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines. Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
