Responsibilities:

Hands-on administration and installation experience with SAP Business Objects software such as SAP Business Intelligence (BI) and SAP Data Services,Experience with Linux and Windows operating BOBJ & Java systemsCapacity to continuously acquire new knowledge in an independent, proactive way.Communication with customers on technical and operations topics, ability to handle escalated customer cases.Cloud and Customer Mindset and previous experience in Cloud Operations or Support organizations for private cloud or public cloud offerings
