Responsibilities:
Project Management Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the business services portfolio. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and change management strategies. Monitor and track project performance, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across departments. Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently and cost-effectively. Report on project status to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.
Business Analysis Responsibilities:
Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, objectives, and challenges. Analyze current business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Develop business cases for new initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and organizational objectives. Support the design and implementation of business solutions, providing functional specifications and collaborating with IT and other teams. Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and prioritize initiatives based on business impact. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business needs are clearly understood and addressed. Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights, validate requirements, and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, business units, IT, and external partners. Lead, mentor, and coach junior project managers and business analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Collaborate with Change Management teams to ensure smooth adoption of new processes or systems. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the project management and business analysis functions.
