Responsibilities:
Support in compliance matters - Creation/ Updation of Save It workspaces, Signing of the ELs, Mandatory Advisory trainings, Creation of P+ codesMonitor adequacy of the time recorded by EP/QRPMonitor High Risk Engagements; Engagements where issues/challenges have been identified e.g. TPMsCreation of action plan to drive the Quality agendaConduct activities like periodic communicationsAddress R&Q Matters in team webcasts/meetingsAssist in timely completion of reviewsAssess the various deficiencies identified in the reviews and take follow up actions as necessaryProvide support in Strengthening the quality frameworkProvide support in continuous improvement and innovationMonthly Status reporting to leadershipSupport in exception reportingMandatory skill sets:
