In-Park Revenue Managerial Supervisor
Job Duties:

· Helps In-Park Revenue Manager to maximize revenue by overseeing all Food and Beverage, Retail, and Rental department functions related to the effective operation of Hurricane Harbor.

· Maintaining proper staffing levels by recruiting, interviewing, and supervising the In-Park Revenue Team.

· Help the In-Park Manager in leading a dynamic, high-energy team, driving performance through coaching and motivation.

· Ensure all Federal, State, Local, and park regulations are being adhered to within areas of responsibility.

· Implement creative ways to enhance guests' experience while maximizing sales and lowering costs.

· Assure profitability of department by closely monitoring sales, cost of goods, inventory, and labor.

· Ensures 100% compliance with all Six Flags Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.

· Responsible for maintaining a “Total Safety” culture for both Guests and Team Members.

· Demonstrate and support the Six Flags Mantra of providing Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service.

· Keep all records and documentation updated, accessible and organized.

· Assists with special events execution such as Caterings and Festivals.

· Perform Park Duty Manager role as assigned.

· All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience including theme park or water park management, ability to manage multi-units.

· Strong leadership and team building skills with the ability to work independently

· Demonstrated excellent verbal, written and analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills

· Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast paced environment

· Certified in Safe Food Handling and responsible alcohol service (TIPS) or obtain certification within 60-days

· Available to work a variety of hours or shifts, including weekends, evenings, holidays and travel

· Valid Driver’s License

· 18 years of age or older
