In-Park Revenue Senior Supervisor
Helps In-Park Revenue Senior Leadership Team to maximize revenue by overseeing all Food and Beverage, Retail, and Rental department functions related to the effective operation of Hurricane Harbor. Maintaining proper staffing levels by recruiting, interviewing, and supervising the In-Park Revenue Team.  Ensure each department is efficient, organized and operational.  Help in leading a dynamic, high-energy team, driving performance through coaching and motivation.  Ensure all Federal, State, Local, and park regulations are being adhered to within areas of responsibility. Assure profitability of department by closely monitoring sales, cost of goods, inventory, and labor. Ensures 100% compliance with all Six Flags Standard Operating Procedures and Policies. Responsible for maintaining a “Total Safety” culture for both Guests and Team Members. Ensure excellent guest service is being provided by all associates in the departments.   Demonstrate and support the Six Flags Mantra of providing Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service. Keep all records and documentation updated, accessible and organized. Assists with special events execution such as Caterings and Festivals. All other duties as assigned. 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:  

Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Possess a Valid Driver’s License Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience including theme park or water park management, ability to manage multi-units.   Must hold or obtain within 60 days of hire a TABC certification and Serv Safe Food Manger certification.  Must be willing to work a varied schedule, including extended shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong leadership and team building skills with the ability to work independently. Must be professional, possess effective communication skills, energetic, assist in park wide projects as required, ability to multi-task, and have a positive attitude. Reports to In-Park Revenue Managerial Supervisor and Manager
