What Matters Most:As the Site Director of Credit Card Program, you’ll lead a dynamic team, ensuring that sales strategies align with operational execution across all theme park locations. This role is key to driving performance, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the seamless integration of sales goals with park activities, all while providing exceptional leadership and support to your team.
Your New Role:Lead and mentor a diverse team of sales and operations professionals, ensuring alignment with both sales and operational targets.Collaborate with senior leadership to implement sales strategies and monitor performance across all park locations.Oversee daily sales campaigns, ensuring marketing initiatives are executed effectively and in line with broader goals.Manage operational functions, troubleshooting issues such as system outages or equipment needs to ensure smooth in-park execution.Implement safety measures and ensure operational procedures are followed across all park locations.Coordinate the onboarding and training process for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the right tools and knowledge to succeed.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication of goals, results, and challenges.Your Experience:7+ years of experience in sales, operations, or a related field, with proven leadership capabilities.Experience in the theme park or entertainment industry is highly preferred.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across departments and teams.Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.Your New Organization:You’ll be joining an organization that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
