In Process Inspector Lead (Manufacturing Production) Job Purpose: Performs all In-Process functions required in a PCB Manufacturing environment. This position will require being the first point of contact to support department Manager and/or during Managers absence. Nature of Duties: Proactively identify potential issues and take corrective action to ensure product quality and minimize rework Perform short removal, soldering and solder mask rework and touch up Effectively use microscopes, calipers, micrometers, and gauges Verify possible defects and repair prior to moving job to Final Inspection. Expertly repair a variety of products, including Sub Lams and Outer Layer products Must be able to read customer blueprints, hole charts and tolerance requirements Work closely with Manufacturing Supervisors and Process Engineers to prioritize repairs and maintain production flow Education and Experience: A minimum of 6 years previous manufacturing experience Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of departments operations and processes Some experience leading or overseeing the work of others preferred Ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a team toward achieving goals is critical Certification IPC 600 required Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and other stakeholders to create a collaborative and productive work environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be flexible to work overtime as business needs require Salary Range(annual): $49,920 - $56,160 In addition, Sanmina Provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
