Job Description & Summary:

Functional experience in Credit risk, regulatory reporting change Management, data analyst or business data analysis rolesUnderstanding of BASEL framework, RWA calculation, LGD, PD, credit risk & CCR, risk models.Ability to understand trade bookings and types to evaluate how exposures feeds & impacts Credit Risk systems across metrics such as Current Exposure (CE), Potential Future Exposure (PFE), Expected Exposure (EE), EEPE, etc.

Responsibilities:

Develop understanding of linear and logistic regression models used in forecasting Balance Sheet growth & attrition, expected loss (PD/LGD/EAD), portfolio segmentation and underwriting/originationsDrive change within Balance Sheet & Credit Risk projections while inculcating growth assumptions from linked Finance/Balance Sheet modelsStrong ability to interpret customer business requirements and translate them into functional requirements and functional designIdentification, review and reporting on key controls, policies and procedures related to the management of capital risksStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyStrong analytical, detail-driven and problem-solving skills, comfortable with working on technical detailWorking knowledge in SQL and Python preferred.

Mandatory skill sets:

Credit Risk/CCR Reporting, SQL, Capital market product knowledge

Preferred skill sets:

Change management, Techno Functional Business analyst
