These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Responsibilities:

Deploy updates and fixes, and provide Level 2 technical supportBuild tools to reduce occurrence of errors and improve customer experienceDevelop software to integrate with internal back-end systemsPerform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issuesDevelop scripts to automate visualizationDesign procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

Mandatory skill sets:

Strong in CICD pipelines

Experience Azure.

Experience in Terraform.

Preferred skill sets:

Bachelor of science degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or relevant fieldExperience in civil engineering or customer experienceExperience in developing/engineering applications for a large company
