We help build software and design data platforms, manage large volumes of client data, develop compliance procedures for data management, and continually researching new technologies to drive innovation and sustainable change.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a motivated Consultant with 2-4 years of experience in the oil and gas software industry to join our dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with clients, analyze business requirements, and contribute to the design and implementation of innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of oil and gas operations, coupled with strong analytical skills and a passion for technology. 

Key Responsibilities

a) Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements for software solutions.

Conduct thorough analysis of data and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Document functional and technical specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.

b) Solution Design and Implementation Support:

Assist in designing scalable and sustainable software solutions that address client challenges and maximize operational efficiency.

Work closely with senior consultants and architects to translate requirements into detailed design documents and development plans.

Support the implementation of solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

c) Client Support and Relationship Management:

Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth adoption and integration of software solutions.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support requests.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Mandatory skill sets:

2-4 years of experience in the oil and gas software industry, with exposure to solution design, implementation support, or client-facing roles.

Solid understanding of oil and gas processes, data management, and industry-specific challenges.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proficiency in software development methodologies, tools, and technologies relevant to the oil and gas sector.

Experience with project management practices and tools would be advantageous.

Preferred skill sets:

Certifications or training in relevant technologies or methodologies would be a plus.

3-5   yrs

Education qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
