Job Description & Summary:
A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.
Our Applications Programming - Practice Support team helps translate PwC’s business requirements through efficient and effective Information Technology software applications. We design, develop, test, and implement sophisticated software applications in support of the firms needs and requirements.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop advanced workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to automate business processes.Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and align with best practices.Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex workflow issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal impact on business operations.Review and optimize existing workflows to improve efficiency and performance, reducing execution time and system load.Create and maintain detailed documentation for developed solutions, including technical specifications.Develop and implement test plans to validate workflow functionality and performance against business requirements.Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote adherence to best practices in development and documentation.Mandatory skill sets:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Automate Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Power Automate projects from end to end. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level troubleshooting skills and have a proven track record of delivering robust automation solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of business process automation, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
