Job Description & Summary:
A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.
Our Information Technology Security team assists PwC in designing and creating sustainable security solutions to provide foundational capabilities and operational discipline through a focus on enterprise requirements and prioritisation, Information Technology security architecture, and the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Member of application support team responsible for maintenance of anonymized nonproduction tenants Implement configuration changes relating to Workday functional modules: Absence, Benefits, Compensation, HCM, Payroll, Reports, Security modules as well as Workday integrations Resolve complex issues and requests, perform impact analysis, recommend solutions or workarounds, Carry out tenant maintenance activities including regular configuration reconciliation process Participate in internal projects and initiatives, from requirements analysis through to implementation Follow established support protocols, governance, guiding principles, escalation and change management processes Collaborate closely and effectively with other members of the team, reinforce upskilling and knowledge sharing within the team Create and keep up to date knowledge base materials to deliver consistent recommendations and solutions Reinforce continuous service improvements for the customer and end user experiencesMandatory skill sets:
In depth understanding of at least 3 Workday modules out of Absence, Benefits, Compensation, HCM, Payroll, Reports, Security and Integrations Experience with administering Workday, managing configuration, tenant setup and business processes definitions Ability to solve complex issues, assess dependencies and impacts of configuration changes across Workday functionalities and interfaces Experience with using mass uploads EIBs) and configuration migration (OX) tools Knowledge of Workday reporting framework including calculated fields, experience with building complex Workday reports Having an understanding of end to end HR processes, technical security operations and information security standardsPreferred skill sets:
Prior experience with providing customer service in a large organization and being member of delivery team in internal projects Ability to reasonably estimate the time for tasks, meet deadlines and effectively prioritize multiple tasks Extensive stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all audiences Utilizing a collaborative working style within and across teams at all levels, both internally and with vendors; Understand the nature of business within a large multinational organization e.g. time zone differences, cultural diversity, offshore colleagues Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and analytical skills Fluent EnglishYears of experience required:
