As a highly skilled Project Management Analyst within the Business Services domain, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of projects that optimize business operations and enhance organizational efficiency. This position demands a blend of advanced project management expertise, business acumen, and analytical capabilities to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to provide insights, analyze project performance, and implement solutions to mitigate risks and address challenges. With a keen focus on both operational and strategic outcomes, you will work closely with business leaders to assess requirements, establish priorities, and implement solutions that support long-term business goals.

Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Support:
Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and deliverables. Support project managers in tracking project timelines, resources, and budgets. Coordinate communication and documentation across cross-functional teams. Assist in identifying and resolving project-related issues and risks. Schedule and facilitate project meetings, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up on action items.Data Analysis & Reporting:
Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various business services processes and systems to support project goals. Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and other project documentation. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in evaluating project outcomes. Perform trend analysis to identify process inefficiencies or areas for improvement.Process Improvement:
Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for greater efficiency in business service delivery. Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Participate in root cause analysis for service-related issues and work with teams to implement corrective actions.Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate project updates, progress, and results to project managers and stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of presentations for internal teams or executive leadership. Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors as necessary.Mandatory skill sets:
