Position Description:
In-suite Captain oversee the entire roomservice operation, deliverance of high quality, efficient and technically excellent in-suite F&B service in accordance with Company Policies and strictly upholding any Public Health standards and towards a goal of achieving total guest satisfaction.
Job requirements:
Experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Manager in in-suite dining/Room serviceExperienced with inventories and PAR levelsAble to give trainings and supervise a small teamHas an understanding of public health procedures (HACCP, USPH, etc.)
