Summary
The Railcar Inspector Assistant is responsible for collecting and digitizing data such as repair estimates, billing, and reports to facilitate maintenance and qualification of railcars and/or railcar components into our electronic storage system, updating existing entries, and organizing hard copies of information appropriately.

Minimum Qualifications
6 months of experience in a clerical role or railcar repair or a combination of bothProficient in computer software applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Visio, Intelex, Entrust, SysproAbility to work within a team environment and communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely, both verbally and in writingAbility to organize and prioritize projects and information with accurate turnaround under tight timeframesAbility to follow oral and written instructions (including basic blueprints and schematics)Preferred Qualifications
