In this role, you will assist the Supervisors in the department's daily operations. You will be able to demonstrate your leadership abilities by overseeing operations in partnership with your supervisor, monitoring and assigning daily work to warehouse associates, tracking transactions created by personnel, and overseeing personnel in a professional manner 

   

Your Task 

 

Be the expert in RF, Autostores, Conveyor, and SAP systemsknowledge of all areas of operations and the links between themCoordinate with various ops teams (Control tower, Inventory Control, transportation, Inbound, Pick/Pack, Shipping, and Service Delivery) to ensure daily adherence to performance targets metMonitor area activity and communicate all risks of missed targets to the SupervisorsCoordinate and prepare recovery plans for at-risk target with the Management teamCommunicate exceptions identified by teams to the Account Team (i.e., inbound damage, missing part numbers)Work closely with local teams to identify areas of improvement, report daily efficiencyFollow up on issues as neededMonitor inventory levels of consumables (boxes, packing slips, etc.)Investigate and repair exceptions (Over, Under, Missing, Damages, etc.)Monitor area activity and communicate all risks of missed targets to the SupervisorsUsing analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, you will Investigate and repair exceptions (Over, Under, Missing, Damages, etc.)Monitor inventory levels of consumables (boxes, packing slips, etc.), and create requisitions in SAP as neededMonitor area activity and communicate all risks of missed targets to the Supervisors

 

Your Profile

 

Experience working with Microsoft Suite, specifically in Excel, creating worksheets and reviewing/reporting data Previous SAP experience Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Driven in Safety and 7s tools  We Offer
