Our client who are a trusted hire and rental company providing high-quality cars and vans to businesses and individuals across the region. They pride themselves on delivering top-notch customer service and are looking to expand our team in Warrington with a passionate Sales Advisor to help grow even further.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Advisor at County Rental, you will be the go-to person for customers looking to hire or rent equipment. Your role will involve helping customers find the right solutions for their projects, offering expert advice, and ensuring that they receive outstanding service every time.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their rental needs and recommend appropriate equipmentProcess rental agreements and sales transactions efficientlyProvide expert advice on equipment usage and safety to ensure customer satisfactionMeet and exceed individual and team sales targetsHandle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up on any outstanding mattersKeep up to date with product offerings and industry trendsWork closely with the team to maximize sales opportunities and meet company goals

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a sales or customer service roleStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindsetAbility to build lasting relationships and offer tailored rental solutionsProactive and target-driven, with a passion for achieving sales goals/ bonusKnowledge of the hire/rental industry is a plus, but not essentialTeam player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
